SUBSTANCE: accompanying information about terms of utilization is encoded or verified by using concealed information, which changes after each change of said information about terms of utilization. As aforementioned concealed information, encryption key can be utilized, also utilized for encryption of information about terms of utilization, or control checksum of data block, contains information about terms of utilization.
EFFECT: prevented "copying and reproduction" attack on digital work.
