SUBSTANCE: in compliance with the proposed invention, tool (1) to squeeze cable end contact (34) allows the latter to receive, simultaneously, cable bare conductor and insulated cable part. The squeezing tool comprises the first squeezing stage to squeeze the said contact of cable conducting wire and cable insulating sheath, and appliances (2, 4) to simultaneously actuate the first and second squeezing stages. At least, one rotary element (30) is arranged between , at least, one squeezing element and cam (12, 22). Aforesaid rotary element can come into, at least, two positions relative to aforesaid squeezing element. The invention covers also the method of squeezing the previously mentioned contact.
EFFECT: reduced squeezing forces and wear of tool parts.
