SUBSTANCE: tool includes a pair of opposite clamping jaws. Each of the clamping jaws has a crimping surface that contacts at least to one of the elements at joint crimping of elements. The tool also includes a pair of opposite levers that move the crimping surfaces of opposite clamping jaws to each other so that a crimping position can be formed and from each other so that a disengagement position can be formed. The tool also includes a gauge that forms the first element determining the size, which allows reception of elements crimped together, and the second element determining the size, which prohibits reception of elements crimped together.
EFFECT: improving quality of crimped assemblies due to a possibility of performing a test of a crimped assembly by means of a gauge.
