FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: candy contains body with filling in it. Body is arranged in the form of volume geometric figure, surface of which has a flat section. Material for body making consists of candy paste, including milk fondant in amount of 76.0-85.0 wt % from total mass of candy paste, containing sorbitol in amount of 0.7-0.8 wt % of total amount of milk fondant mixed with flavor components to prepare candy paste suitable for body moulding, and ratio of filling mass and candy body mass makes 1:(1.5-2.3).
EFFECT: production of sweets with filling, body of which is arranged in the form of volume geometric figure, surface of which has flat section molded of candy paste with plastic consistency, increased nutrition value, improved quality and taste intended for consumption by wide range of customers.
