FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used while producing high-quality biologically active supplements (BAS) for food. Food phospholipid BAS with interseptum protective properties is phospholipid that is obtained by defatting with organic solvent of food vegetal phospholipids, separation them from neutral lipids solution in organic solvent. Herewith defatted phospholipids are extracted by ethyl alcohol at ratio of defatted phospholipids - ethyl alcohol (1:3)-(1:7) at 40-60°C of temperature. As a result, alcohol-soluble and alcohol-insoluble fractions of phospholipids are generated. Then phospholipids alcohol-insoluble fraction is separated from phospholipids alcohol-soluble fractions of phospholipids and phospholipids alcohol-insoluble fraction is dried out in vacuum to obtain target product.
EFFECT: obtaining of interseptum protective properties due to high, phosphatidyl serines, phosphatidylethanolamines and phosphatidyl inositols content.
