FIELD: technological processes, filters.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of devices for separation of liquid heterogeneous mediums and may find application in chemical, oil-processing, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. Filter includes body, tubular filtering element that comprises perforated pipe with helical spiral installed in it, on which filtering partition is fixed with the help of tape or wire, cover, nozzles for introduction of initial suspension, discharge of condensed suspension and filtrate. Direction of nozzles for introduction of initial suspension and discharge of condensed suspension coincides with direction of helical channel axis created by filtering partition. Nozzles for introduction of initial suspension and discharge of condensed suspension are installed tangentially relative to body wall.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of filter due to variation of geometric shape of filtering element and area of filtering surface.
