FIELD: means for liquid non-homogenous media separation in chemical, oil refinery, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

SUBSTANCE: filter comprises body, tubular filtering member, initial suspension supply pipes, as well as thickened suspension and filtrate discharge pipes. Discs adapted to secure filtering partition are installed on perforated tube of filtering member. The discs may slide along the tube and provided with orifices for filtrate passage. Extensions are made on side disc surface. Filtering partition is made of filtering sleeve material.

EFFECT: increased filter output due to filtering member shape and filtering area change.
