FIELD: process flows, filters.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for separation of liquid heterogeneous media and can be applied in chemical, oil refining, food-processing, pharmaceutical and other industries. The filter includes case, cover, tubular filtering element that consists of perforated pipe, discs and filtering baffle, source suspension intake fittings, source thickened suspension and filtrate discharge fittings. The pipe is mounted in bearing assemblies with possibility for periodical axial rotation. Pipe is rotated in opposite directions.
EFFECT: improved performance of filter due to periodical regeneration of filtering baffle during rotation.
