FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to equipment for dehydration of loose materials and may be used in coal, mining and other industries, where water is used for hydraulic transport and enrichment of loose materials. Device for loading of dehydration hopper includes supply chute, dehydration hopper, funnel with inclined bottom installed with the possibility of rotation, in lower half of which outlet hole is arranged, at that receiving part of rotary funnel is arranged in the form of inclined projection arranged at the angle of 45-55°, on side wall of which reflectors are rigidly fixed, which provide for suppression of pulp flow energy and funnel rotation, and exhaust hole is located in the lower half of funnel inclined bottom, which provides for intense passing of pulp and arrangement of loose material by size from centre to periphery of hopper, at that supply chute is installed perpendicularly to radius inside funnel and has cut along chord of its circumference.
EFFECT: provision of even loading of material into dehydration hopper and suppression of pulp energy flow.
