FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nonchemical cleaning emulsions and oils of insoluble solids and may be used in various industries. Device comprises base, split inclined-cylinder casing, intake bin, inclined thin-layer shutter-type clarifiers, feed and discharge pipelines. Watertight web to cover one third of cross section is arranged inside casing, in feed section. Outer edge of plates is congruent with casing outer surface. Intake bin features cylindrical shape and is made from transparent material. It is rigidly coupled with casing detachable bottom section and arranged between base and casing. Its outlet is covered by sheet detachable grating with its plates inclined to horizontal plane and directed toward fluid flow. Intake bin volume makes one twentieth part of split casing volume.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning.
