FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: in method for manufacture of products from sheet thermoplastics, by means of stock heating, its moulding under action of compressed air at stock surface and cooling, and prior to adiabatic compression of air, preliminarily additional air pressure is created above stock surface of around 0.01-0.03 MPa, and adiabatic compression is carried out in the form of impact pulse. This method is applicable mostly for small shapes and is not suitable for moulding of deep volume shaped products. According to method, in invention of product with deep volume shapes, it is molded by means of batched volume deformation with the help of cyclically repeated impact pulses, and batching is done due to connection of impact pulse with value of plastic material (for instance, clay) controlled flow rate in appropriate mechanism. According to invention, device comprises stepped working pneumatic cylinder with piston and plunger that are rigidly connected to each other by stem, systems of seals, system of reduction valves for control of pressure value and movement of air flows, air distributors, head air manifold, pipelines, pressure relief valve, trigger mechanism for realisation of impact pulse, matrix for moulding products from sheet thermoplastics. During moulding of volume shapes, device is equipped with sliding valve device with figure cylindrical carrier, which is rigidly connected to piston. Slide valve device is intended for implementation of cyclically repeated impact pulses by two controlled limit switches of pressure coupled with cam protrusion of figure carrier in its extreme positions, and mechanism for provision of batched volume deformation of stock at every impact pulse. At that device is equipped with rigid frame consisting of three cross bars, the medium of which is arranged with the possibility of rotation in horizontal plane relative to one of rods, and body for creation of impact pulse is installed between upper and medium cross bars.
EFFECT: expansion of functional resources of technical solutions for moulding of products from sheet thermoplastics having deep volume shapes, with the help of impact pulses with provision of required quality.
