BARS OF FATTY ACID SOAP/FATTY ACID, WHICH ARE PROCESSED AND HAVE GOOD FOAM Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC C11D17/00 

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: bar soap contains: mixture of crude products consisting of fatty acids, which are completely or partially neutralised with caustic soda, where neutralised fatty acids form fatty acid soap, and non-neutralised fatty acids are present in form of free fatty acids, and where the crude products are formed within the limits of the given composition: unsaturated fatty acid, fatty acid, with chain length C₁₆ and more, and caustic soda; synthetic surface active substance, water and filler. The crude products of the bar soap essentially do not contain soap or fatty acid with chain length C₁₄ or less. The said final bar essentially does not contain soap or free fatty acid with chain length C₁₄ or less, except that components can be added, which are different from composition of the crude products, and has foam of at least 50 ml. In the first version fatty acids in the composition of bar are formed by neutralisation of fatty acid with caustic soda, and in the other version - from soap and fatty acid without addition of free caustic soda and its reaction with free fatty acid.

EFFECT: soap with low content of synthetic surface active substance.
