SUBSTANCE: composition of the bar of soap contains 25-85% (by weight of soap) C8-C24 fatty acids containing soap C10 in the amount of 8% or 15% or more by weight of the entire composition of the bar and unsaturated C18 soap, where the mass ratio of the said unsaturated C18 soap to C10 soap (caprate) is from 0.8 to 0.1, 1-45% organic and inorganic excipients by weight of the composition; 5-30% water by weight of the composition, where the excess of C10 soap relative to the unsaturated C18 soap is at least 6%, and the unsaturated C18 fatty acid soap includes its hydroxy derivatives. Also disclosed is the use of the composition to impart antibacterial properties to a bar of soap.
EFFECT: enhanced rapid antibacterial activity.
