FIELD: household chemical goods. SUBSTANCE: washing bar composition consists of (i) 1 to 30% activating powder including, % of the weight of powder: active additive, 1-70; carrier having melting temperature superior to temperature in drying chamber wherein activating powder is prepared, 15- 98; water, 1-10; auxiliary agent for precipitation and facilitating process treatment selected from: anionic, cationic, nonionic, and amphoteric surfactant s, cationic polymers, and hydrophilic polymers, 0-30; and (ii) 99 to 70% cuttings including 5 to 90% surfactant complex, said surfactant being selected from soap, anionic, nonionic, amphoteric, and cationic surfactants and their mixtures. Activating powder is prepared by spray drying technique. Constituents (i) and (ii) are prepared separately. When preparing (i), all components (auxiliary agent optionally) are mixed at 40-80 C. Mixture of active additive with carrier is preliminarily dried at 80-200 C and pressure 0.10-0.30 MPa. Mixture of (i) and (ii) is passed through screw machine and extruded to form finished bars. EFFECT: optimized process parameters. 2 tbl
