SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to navigation technology of mobile objects. Proposed are methods and devices for establishing location of a mobile station in a wireless communication system. Ground or network base stations are used, as well as non-networked stations, particularly, satellites. Location of a remote mobile device is established based on quality characteristics of different solutions when establishing location in surrounding medium. Present assortment of solutions predetermines high accuracy of determining location.
