SUBSTANCE: method includes cutting and frying in melted fat potatoes, cutting and browning in melted fat carrots, parsley roots, onions and garlic, blanching and cutting dried plums, cutting and freezing cilantro, freezing fresh green peas and mixing the listed components with sugar, table salt and black bitter pepper under oxyge-free conditions, cutting and frying in melted fat muttong, packing it with garnish and alycha puree, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
