SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, potatoes cutting and frying in melted fat, carrots, parsley roots, bulb onions and garlic cutting and sauteing in melted fat, dried plum blanching and cutting, cilantro greens cutting and freezing, fresh green peas freezing, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with salt and black hot pepper to produce garnish, mutton cutting and frying in melted fat, mutton, garnish and cherry plum puree packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
