SUBSTANCE: method provides for raw onions and leek cutting and browning in margarine, potatoes, parsley roots and celery roots cutting and blanching, spinage and herbs cutting and freezing, kidneys and gherkins cutting, mixing of listed components with sour ream, table salt, hot black pepper and bay leaves under oxygen-free conditions, packing of obtained mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
