SUBSTANCE: method includes cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing raw onions and leek, cutting, blanching and mincing potatoes, parsley root and celery, freezing and mincing spinage and greens, mincing kidneys and pickles, mixing the listed components with sour cream, bone broth, table salt and CO2-extract of black bitter pepper and bay leaf packing the obtained mixture in aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: new canned space food features increased digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
