FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: compartment, containing fluid medium and intended for used in bearing surface, comprises outer structure selected from the group made up of single spiral, double spiral or bellow. It comprises also a spring device arranged in the compartment outer structure to recover its shape. Note that on compressing every compartment with the force exceeding the sum of forces acting inside every compartment with fluid medium. The latter include fluid medium pressure multiplied by the compartment area, supporting load plus the compartment recover force for the compartment to recover its shape after reducing the applied load to force that is smaller than the sum of forces acting in the compartment and its recover force.
EFFECT: reduced injury of tissues and treatment of skin injuries.
