FIELD: medicine; gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: surgery involves the vertical incision started over glans of clitoris, enveloping thereof and urinary meatus. Urethra is mobilised. Foley catheter is inserted. Urinary meatus is fixed to skin with separate interrupted sutures. Clitoris is maximally mobilised in soft tissues. Its suspensory ligament is transected, while urethra is mobilised within 1.5-2 cm from its meatus. The mobilised urethra is arranged between roots of clitoris. The latter is delivered to vaginal orifice. Urinary meatus is fixed over its primary position to skin with separate interrupted sutures, while clitoris is fixed to vaginal mucous membrane.
EFFECT: elimination of possibility of recurrent chronic cystitis.
