FIELD: technological processes, filters.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for fish industry and may be used in production of fish protein concentrate from fish press broth. Ultrafilter ceramic membrane elements are rinsed with water. Then they are treated with acid solution with concentration of 1.2-1.5 % for 20 minutes at 70-75°C and pressure of 0.1 MPa. Afterwards treatment by alkaline solution is carried out with addition of detergent "RAMP" that contains anion-active surfactant, in two stages: at the first stage - 30 minutes at 78-80°C and pressure of 0.1 MPa, at the second stage - 35-40 minutes at pressure of 0.4 MPa. Concentration of alkaline solution is 3.7 - 4 %, concentration of detergent "РАМП" is 0.02 %. After alkaline treatment water rinsing is carried out for 5-7 minutes at temperature of 20 - 25°C at pressure of 0.1 MPa.
EFFECT: provides for regeneration of ceramic membrane elements with extent of regeneration up to 99% after concentration of fish press broths.
