FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment and purification of water, specifically to a reagent for chemical washing of ultrafiltration membranes used in purifying associated water during development of super-viscous oil deposit, and can be used in oil production and oil refining for regeneration of ultrafiltration membranes used in industrial waste water purification, as well as in the preparation of steam production water used in oil production. Disclosed is a novel efficient low-cost composite component obtained from available and inexpensive components for chemical washing of ultrafiltration membranes used in purifying associated water during development of super-viscous oil deposit, composition of which is characterized by the following ratio of components, wt%: toluene – 20 %, isopropanol – 20 %, neonol AF 9-12 – 20 %, water – 40 %, restoring permeability of ultrafiltration membranes for a short period of time for a short period of time. Use of the disclosed reagent results in simplification and cheapening of the process, reduces costs for purification of produced water with preservation of quality of ultrafiltrated water.
EFFECT: invention enables to avoid replacement of expensive membranes, reduce the number and frequency of chemical flushing, reduce contact of the membrane with aggressive reagents, thus increasing service life of the membrane.
