FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy industry, in particular, to methods of regeneration of polymer membrane elements used in technology of production of milk sugar, and can be used in production of milk protein concentrate from defatted milk and cheese whey by ultrafiltration method. Disclosed is a method of regenerating polymer membrane elements used in production of milk sugar, involving washing membrane circuit with clean water, treatment with 0.5–0.6 % acidic detergent solution, water displacement from acid solution residues, treatment with an alkaline agent solution, washing with clean water from alkaline solution residues and subsequent treatment with a disinfectant solution immediately before starting the installation on the product, where the membrane circuit washing with pure water is carried out for 20–25 minutes at temperature of 23–25 °C and at zero differential pressure on both sides of the membrane, treatment with an acid solution containing 0.5–0.6 % nitric acid is carried out for 22–25 minutes at temperature 25–30 °C, pressure 0.2 MPa and flow rate 0.15–0.2 m/s, water displacement from residues of acid solution is carried out for 15–20 minutes at temperature of 20–25 °C at pressure of 0.2 MPa, treatment with an alkaline solution containing 1.5–2.5 % of DIVOS 95 agent, is carried out for 25–30 minutes at temperature 20–25 °C, pressure 0.2 MPa and flow rate 0.15–0.2 m/s, washing with pure water from residues of alkaline agent solution is carried out for 20–25 minutes at temperature of 21–23 °C.

EFFECT: technical result: simplification of the steps of the method of regenerating polymer membrane elements.
