FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of machine building, namely to anti-blocking devices of transport means braking systems. Electric pneumatic pressure modulator comprises pneumatically controlled valves. Pneumatically controlled valves are arranged in the form of two separate bushings installed in cylindrical cavity of body upstream inlet and discharge channels and closed in it with cover. In every bushing there are two concentric cavities separated by cylindrical partition. In annular bores of bushings diaphragms are installed with annular corrugation, which create control cavities in body and cover together with annular bores. Discharge channel is arranged in the form of annular channel created by conic surface of cover internal cavity and external conic surface of insert. Insert is installed concentrically in cover internal cavity. Bushings of pneumatically controlled valves are combined into single unit by tight connection of cylindrical partitions of bushings with cylindrical insert, internal cavity of which is separated by tight partition that separates inlet channel from discharge one.
EFFECT: lower intensity of aerodynamic noise of modulator during air discharge into atmosphere, and also simplification of design and manufacturing technology of modulator.
