FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad transport, namely to electro pneumatic valve assemblies to be incorporated with the rolling stock braking systems. The electro pneumatic valve assembly comprises a housing with inlet, outlet and discharge channels, electromagnet with solenoid valves, two chambers with air-operated valves comprising the sleeves, enveloping circular diaphragm and control spaces. The air-operated valve sleeve is made up of a base with a solid tight partition and two rings fitted on both side of the base, radial grooves being made on the partition both sides all over the circumference. The said membrane is arranged with a slight deflection formed by the ring different diameters on the base sides and the diameter of the base solid partition. Air-operated valves are mounted on the housing both sides, each valve being arranged under separate cover. Aforesaid discharge channel accommodates a deflected safety diaphragm. One-piece electromagnet incorporates two electromagnetic coils with a common magnetic circuit and a polymer material protective enclosure.

EFFECT: faster operation, higher reliability, simpler design and smaller sizes.
