FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of calcium carbide, acetylene, caustic limestone, lime and carbonic acid. The device for processing of carbonate-carbon mineral raw materials consists of furnace for limestone calcination 1, furnace for calcium carbide production 2, reactor for carbonic acid synthesis 3, gas generator 4, first and second gas sampling units 5 and 8, metering devices 6 and 7, reactor for acetone synthesis 18, reactor for ammonia synthesis 19, reactor for carbamide synthesis 22. The first gas-distributing unit is connected with the first inlet of the reactor for acetone synthesis 18 and the second inlet of the latter is connected with vapour feeder 22.
EFFECT: range enhancing of the obtained market products of acetylene deeper conversion with maintenance of the product diversification high level and exclusion of technogenic waste.
