FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes calcium oxide obtaining by lime calcination in the reactor with using of the heat obtained by partial burning of the acetylene obtained from the part of the calcium carbide (one of the process products together with calcium hydroxide and carbon acid). The part of the obtained acetylene is used for acetone synthesis. In the latter processe acetylene is inlet together with water vapours and at least the part of the generated hydrogen is used for ammonia synthesis and/or is burned in the calcinations process. The part of the carbon dioxide generated in the acetone synthesis is inlet to the reaction with ammonia with obtaining of carbamide and/or is used in the processe of carbon acid obtaining implemented with usage of gaseous waste of the lime calcination process. Acetone is synthesized in presence of catalyst (Fe and/or In) at temperature up to 460°C. The water generated in carbamide synthesis is used for water vapour production.
EFFECT: range enhancing of the obtained commercial products of the deeper conversion of acetylene possessing high commercial potential, providing of the high level of production diversification, exclusion of the technogenic waste.
