FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to procedure and installation of stabilisation of one-column bases applied for drilling wells in the sea. There are made wings in form of rectangular hollow boxes, which are pivotally connected with a lower step; cheeks projecting below the bottom of the wing are rigidly connected with side walls of the wings; a stop is assembled on the end of the bottom. Geometric parametrers of support wings are determined out of condition of their positive floatability and of inadmissibility of one-column base sinking (depression) into bottom during drilling. The procedure and installation exclude depression and tipping up of the base at decreased depth of its sinking into soil up to 4 m, facilitate automatic transfer of wings from plumbness to a horizontal (working) position and facilitate stabilisation of the base from light vessels without additional hoisting mechanisms, labour costs and time.

EFFECT: increased reliability of base stabilisation by means of connecting support wings to lower step of base.
