FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with means of well drilling on water areas consisting on one pipe column whose lower end is sunk into bottom ground. Pipe section installed above shoe consists of two concentrically mounted and rigidly connected to each other pipes with rational ratio of cross-section and height, which is determined by semiempirical relationship and representing connection of combination of physical characteristics of ground and parameters of pipes of drilling offshore platform. Technical result of the invention consists in increased reliability of stabilization of drilling offshore platform and strength of its embedding in sea bottom ground and reduced depth of sinking into ground, and reduced distortions of ground physical characteristics in ground sampling.
