SUBSTANCE: device has lower section in form of a pipe, mounted with possible submersion for necessary depth into sea bottom soil, and upper pipes section rigidly connected to the latter. Along outer pipe surface of its lower section vertical plates with thickness a, determined from mathematical formula from condition of equality of hardness of base pipes and its soil connection, are mounted in its diametrically perpendicular planes.
EFFECT: higher stability, higher reliability, higher effectiveness.
