FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to development of minerals by explosive rupture of hard rock and can be implemented at various fields, where blasting of hard rock massif is applied. The procedure of cyclic-continuous development of hard rock massif consists in drilling rock mass around on a bored block with vertical or inclined blast holes, in charging holes and in their blasting under a cover on a block of preparing rock to excavation, in successive excavation of exploded rock and in loading it on a face conveyor through a mobile crushing aggregate on a mined block. Operations are carried out on all three blocks simultaneously; charging of blast holes and arrangement of flexible gas-permeable cover in form of a mat tied from worn automobile tyres or anchor chains is performed on the block of preparing rock to excavation; beyond the boundaries of a prohibited zone mining-loading and drilling operations are carried out. Drilling the bored block around is commenced from opposite from the block of preparing rock to excavation side.

EFFECT: invention facilitates decreasing costs for protection of elements of cyclic-continuous process of excavation and transporting from damage with pieces of exploded rock and minimises preparing and completion operations at mass explosions.
