FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: terminal for a telecommunication cable, with several telecommunication lines, has junction casing, a frame inside the junction casing, terminal housing, joined to the junction casing, and a connecting device inside the terminal housing for establishing connection between telecommunication lines with junctions in the junction casing and a lead-out line. The frame has a first and a second oppositely lying side, which isolates the port for redirecting lines with junctions to the first side, and lines without junctions to the second side of the frame, and a supporting device for separating telecommunication lines without junctions from telecommunication lines with junctions inside the junction casing. Telecommunication lines with junctions lie near the first side of the frame, while lines without junctions are near the second side of the frame. The second version of the terminal has a storage device in the terminal housing for supporting the excess part of the cable of the lead-out line, and a clamp for protection from tension inside the terminal housing for connection to the lead-out line. The third version has a memory device, mounted on the terminal for storing information on the terminal, cable of responding, using a response radio signal.
EFFECT: design of a strong, light terminal with easy access, providing information on the terminal as well.
