FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: beverage precursor contains infused or water-soluble material selected from the group consisting of caffeine-free leafy tea, caffeine-free tea particles and their mixture and aromatic. There is 1.42-1.89 g of infused or water-soluble material in caffeine-free leafy tea and 0.225-0.299 g of it in caffeine-free tea particles, while aromatic serves as an additive contained separately from the infused or water-soluble material. Beverage composition is obtained by contacting of water solution with beverage precursor. Method of deriving beverage consists of the following stages in free sequence: obtaining water solution and contacting of water solution with beverage precursor.
EFFECT: improved taste properties.
