SUBSTANCE: prepared chicken fillet is cut and fried in the vegetable oil Prepared carrots, onions, tomatoes and paprika is cut and browned in vegetable oil. Pre-processed garlic are blanched and cut. Pre-processed green dill is chopped and frozen, preferably - at a fast rate. Pre-processed beans are boiled till double increase of weight. The listed components are mixed with salt and bay leaves under oxygen-free conditions. The resultant mixture and drinking water are packed at given ratio of components, vacuum-sealed and sterilised which finally yields the target finished product.
EFFECT: pre-cooked food digestibility improvement.
