FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of construction materials and may be used in technology for production of cellular concrete of autoclave and non-autoclave hardening. Dry grinding of aluminium particles is realised with oiling additives in inertial gas atmosphere, ground aluminium is separated and deposited in the form of powder. Produced powder is granulated by means of mixing with organic additive consisting of mixture of esters on the basis of triethanolamine and 2-ethylhaxanoic acid and polyethylene glycol with molecular mass up to 400, brought to liquid consistency, which is supplied to mixing zone precisely in doses at the rate of 5-20% of powder weight.
EFFECT: provision of high extent of uniformity of distribution of organic additive in the whole volume of initial aluminium particles and cohesiveness with them to produce granulated powder with high suspending capacity, which makes it possible to set required kinetics of gas release and to maintain stability of this index, and also if required to accelerate formation of concrete cellular structure.
