FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method refers to the catalytical liquid-phase hydrogenation of 2',4',4-trinitrobenzanilide which is carried out in the reactor with reaction zone filled with blocked high-porous honeycombed catalyst having porosity not less than 70-95% and microporosity up to 30% and including the composed active support obtained by the support impregnation with sol (γ-Al2O3) and following deposition on it during heating of the pyrolitic carbon (carbon content on the support is up to 10 wt % and active component of the catalyst - palladium with mass content no more than 0.15% which is applied on the composed active support in the form of monolayer by the way of impregnation from soluble palladium salt (palladium chloride). After completing of the hydrogenation the blocked high-porous honeycombed catalyst undergoes the regeneration. The amount of possible regenerations of the blocked high-porous honeycombed catalyst without loss of its initial activity achieves 50.
EFFECT: technical result consists in process cost reduction.
