FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the method for preparation of admixtures-free pentanicotinate of glycyrrhizic acid by the interreaction of glycyrrhizic acid or its ammonia salt with chemical reagent in the solvent with production of polynicotinates of glycyrrhizic acid in the form of precipitate. The nicotinyl chloride hydrochloride is used as chemical reagent, pyridine - as solvent, reagent ratio (nicotinyl chloride hydrochloride : pyridine : glycyrrhizic acid) is correspondingly (3-5):(26-27):1. The target product is separated from polynicotinates of glycyrrhizic acid by the preparative high-performance liquid chromatography.
EFFECT: separation of individual admixtures-free pentanicotinate of glycyrrhizic acid which can be used in medicine, virology, pharmacology eg as reproduction inhibitor of human immunodeficiency virus.
