FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of raw agglomerates that contain ore with fine fractions, additives and binder, if required. Ore with additives and binder is mixed by means of shoveling in mixer with horizontal and vertical shafts. Mixture is pelletised in agglomerate drum, and adding fuel in area of longitudinal length of agglomerate drum, in which raw agglomerated produced in agglomerate drum have size desirable for future processing, produced raw agglomerates are coated with fuel in agglomerate drum. Besides area of fuel supply into agglomerate drum is varied by length of agglomerate drum depending on properties of raw agglomerates. Device for fuel supply is arranged in the form of belt conveyor or auger conveyor or tray chain conveyor that protrudes into agglomerate drum, and is arranged as transportable in longitudinal direction of agglomerate drum.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to provide for uniform and continuous mode of agglomerates manufacturing with the possibility of reset to different modes.
