FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction and is intended for extended structures, for instance bridges, crane trestles, pipeline crossings, transport galleries, etc, which are installed on support sling parts. Method for manufacturing of support part includes its assembly from components, including pairwise interacting response curvilinear and flat surfaces with required friction coefficient, and for this purpose during their preparation, coupling section is specially treated, and near one surface metal sliding layer is connected to it with polished surface, and near the other surface another sliding layer is arranged with polytetrafluoroethylene, filled by components made of colour plastic and mostly copper-containing metal, and seats for lubrication, which fill it during assembly, besides, prior to fixation of this layer, sublayer is previously applied on area of its location, in particular, by gas-thermal method, and sublayer consists of specified metal components with the thickness that makes at least 5% of this layer operational thickness. The novelty of method is the fact that after sublayer spraying closed moulding matrix is installed on it with contour of internal through hollow part that repeats in plan outline of sliding layer, having height of at least its fivefold operational thickness, powder mix is poured in matrix to specified height, and mix contains components of colour plastic material and polytetrafluoroethylene at ratio of not more than 1:3 accordingly, required profile of sliding layer is given to mix surface, puncheon is inserted in matrix, having surface that contacts with mix and is responsive to sliding layer surface, and with its help mix is pressed under effort providing pressure of at least 10 MPa onto produced pressed layer, which after matrix removal with puncheon is baked on part in furnace at temperature of at least 342°C and not more than 415°C.

EFFECT: provision of stable high quality and lower labour intensiveness of sliding layers making with polytetrafluoroethylene in production of support parts of higher bearing capacity and operational reliability.
