FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for long structures, for example bridges, transport galleries, pipeline passages, etc. Support part includes transmitting in structure from span to vertical load at tight contact hinge in form of ball segment turning in mating recess and upper and lower support plates, interacting with the help of antifriction pair of sliding layers, of which one is made of stainless polished metal, and the other one—from special antifriction material, for example, ultrahigh molecular polyethylene. Ball segment is made in form of segment of spherical shell with toroidal flanging from corrosion-resistant steel with outer polished surface, inner part of which is partially filled, exceeding the line of transition from sphere to flanging, but not to its full height, filler from hardened after filling of shell in liquid aggregate state of any material, required parameters of mechanical properties of which when observing after curing in shell of its normalized minimum thickness are not inferior to similar parameters used in support part for sliding layers of special antifriction material, and in free surface of cured filler with movable fit inside flanging of shell, exceeding its height, is pressed end face distributing cylindrical insert, conjugated by its opposite end flat side with another part of support part interacting with it, note here that insert with lateral cylindrical surface is jointed, in particular, by screws of threaded connection, to said flanging with possibility of its vertical movement to total shrinkage and deformation of filler during assembly and operation of support part. Proposed method comprises assembling said part from said parts.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the bearing part operational reliability, manufacturability and production efficiency.
