FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heating-water converter plant with fluidised layer (10) and combustion of sulfur-bearing fuel therein. The proposed plant comprises furnace (12) with fluidised layer of particles, device to feed sulfur-bearing fuel (18), CaCO3-containing agent to bind sulfur (20) and secondary air (16, 22), heat exchanger (36) with heat exchange tubes (38) arranged in flue gas channel (28). Note that outer surface of aforesaid heat exchange tubes (38) features the temperature below that of flue gas water condensation, flue gas being formed in combustion. The plant comprises also mixing vessel (52) and device (50) to collect acid water solution condensed on outer surfaces of heat exchange tubes (38). It includes also device (34, 54) to collect CaO-containing ash formed in fuel combustion in mixing vessel (52).
EFFECT: neutralisation of acid fluid condensed in heat exchangers by mixing it with CaO-containing fly ash, reduced costs of acid fluid processing.
