FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: boiler with a circulation fluidised bed comprising a rectangular furnace, which is closed along the horizontal line with a front wall, a rear wall and two side walls. The total width of the front wall and the rear wall is more than the common width of side walls. The boiler comprises also multiple particle separators, which are connected to the upper part of each wall, front and rear, for separation of particles from a flow of furnace gas and particles released from the furnace. Each particle separator comprises a gas outlet, designed to discharge cleaned furnace gas from the particle separator. The system of pipelines for furnace gas is connected with gas outlets of particle separators, to discharge the cleaned furnace gas into the channel for the reverse flow. Particle separators are several pairs of particle separators, where each pair of particle separators includes front and rear separators, installed, accordingly, next to the front and rear walls. The system of pipelines for furnace gases comprises several relief channels. Each relief channel connecting the gas outlet of the front separator related to the pair of particle separators, is directed across and above the furnace towards the gas outlet of the rear separator of the same pair of particle separators and to the channel for the reverse flow. The channel for the reverse flow is installed on the rear side of the furnace wall, outside from the rear separators.
EFFECT: reduced branching of pipelines for furnace gases, optimality of separator layout and possibility to create a boiler of higher capacity with a circulation fluidised layer.
