FIELD: heat engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method and device are provided for heat and humidity air-handling and creation of comfort conditions of microclimate in domestic, administrative and industrial premises. Method consists in external air is mixed with recycling, then it is heated and moistened, after what finished air is fed into room, heat and humidity air-handling is implemented in the device, consisting of two stages, herewith the first stage is implemented in the form of multifunctional instrument with opposite twirled flows. By means of exhaust manifold is connected the first stage of device to the second stage, where it is implemented blending of air flows, delivered from the first stage with flow of external air, herewith the second stage is implemented in the form of heat-mass exchange of mixing instrument, corresponding centrifugal mixing chamber with diffuser, convergent tube, twister, input and discharge nozzles, herewith recycling flows of air are mixed to the flow of external air, and flow of processed air withdrawn through twister of centrifugal mixing chamber.

EFFECT: effectiveness increase of heat and humidity air-handling .
