SUBSTANCE: device comprises a mixing chamber, a heater and an irrigation unit. The device includes two stages designed to clean recirculation air from dust and to moisturise it, and comprises a body with a reservoir to collect liquid, where a pump is installed with a filter, as well as an irrigation unit, which is made in the form of at least two circular headers with centrifugal nozzles. The body of nozzles comprises a hollow cylindrical body connected with a nozzle, where there are holes, the body comprises a cylindrical part with an outer thread and an inner thread for connection with a conical nozzle. The body and the nozzle form two internal chambers coaxial to each other, besides, the cylindrical chamber serves for liquid supply, and the conical chamber is an injection chamber for pulling of high pressure. On the nozzle there is a jet, which consists of a cylindrical throttling hole and a conical hole with expansion towards an object. On the surface of a conical hole there is a helical thread, on the side surface of the nozzle there are two rows of cylindrical throttling holes, in each row there are three cylindrical throttling holes. In the cylindrical chamber there is a swirler installed with a gap, arranged in the form of a bushing with a helical outer thread.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of heat and moisture treatment of air, power resources saving, simplified design of air conditioning systems.
