FIELD: ammunition, in particular, cluster artillery shells. SUBSTANCE: the shell has a body with a time fuse and a set of cylindrical propellant blocks with a means for their ejection successively positioned in the shell axis and consisting of a block body, explosive charge placed in it, and a detonator. The shell is not spin-stabilized in flight, provided with a control unit including a sensor of the shell angular position relative to its longitudinal axis, device for a corrective turn of the shell in the plane of fire to the vertical position relative to the ground surface, device for spin-up of the shell about the longitudinal axis, fuse made with pyrotechnic and detonating ducts and a firing mechanism, and a command unit performing in succession a corrective turn, spin-up of the shell and ejection of the propellant blocks. The propellant blocks have metal hitting elements placed at the end face of the block opposite the detonator, and the means for ejection of the propellant block is made in the form of a powder charge common for the set of propellant blocks, or in the form of individual burster powder charges for each propellant block. EFFECT: enhanced hitting effect of the shell. 15 cl, 15 dwg
