SUBSTANCE: proposed complex serves to pinpoint failures of radio electronic hardware (REH). Proposed complex comprises digital and analog elements. Its software allows converting its electric circuit into virtual one (manually or automatically varying in time). It includes also the devices that make operation in "Diagnostics test development", "Diagnostics" and Repair" conditions possible.
EFFECT: reduced sizes and weight, improved performances.
