FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer systems and, more specifically, to processing graphical and other video information for display on computer systems. The technical outcome is achieved due to that, the method which is realised in a computing environment, which uses a programme code for one or more objects, and meant for interfacing with the data structure of the scene graph for creating graphics, comprises stages on which a function call is received, corresponding to the programme code in high-level graphics markup language, at the level of a visual application programming interface, in a format which provides for the possibility of direct laying this function call on the said level of application programming interface; the function call is answered by modifying data in the scene graph, the visual object control is activated for bypassing the scene graph and visualisation of at least one object on the target visualisation object, and the scene graph is displayed on a monitor.

EFFECT: improved technology of processing graphics.
