SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to systems of graphic and video support, and more specifically to a system and method for a standardised assembling machine which generally combines pre-separated assembling services. The outcome is achieved by that, the system is a visual system, which receives calls from a program or desktop window administrator for construction of a hierarchical data structure. The system also has a standardised assembling machine, which received commands from the visual system and constructs a data structure for the linkage editor in response to commands for providing for a graphic output. The standardised assembling machine provides for assembling services, used in the process of connection with application programming interfaces (API) and on the desktop as a desktop linkage editor.

EFFECT: less duplication of code, improved test coverage and easier introduction of functionalities, such as capacity for interaction of inherited windows, remote communication and provision for an interface of several documents.
