FIELD: solid-state engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication and can be used for amplification of analog signals, or as operating amplifiers and comparators. Proposed amplifier comprises input parallel-balanced stage (1) with common-emitter circuit (2) connected with output (3) of first current mirror (4). It comprises also first (5) and second (6) load dipoles connected to first (7) and second (8) outputs of input stage (1) and to bases of first (9) and second (10) output transistors. It includes also the first matching resistor (11) connected in between the emitter of the first output transistor (9) and input (12) of the first current mirror (4). The second matching resistor (13) has its first output connected to emitter of the second output transistor (10). The proposed circuit additionally incorporates second current mirror (14) with its output (15) connected to common emitter circuit (2) of stage (1), and its input (16) connected with the second output of second matching resistor (13).
EFFECT: increased output current maximum level.
